Delivery Solutions Architect (Data and AI)

What you will do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategies and execution plans for complex customer accounts and Databricks use cases.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, go-live, product adoption, and healthy consumption of production workloads.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live questions across multiple use cases.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Onboarding and Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Create roadmaps and execution plans covering use-case delivery, user growth, adoption, cloud cost control, tuning, optimization, and governance.
• Report customer health, usage, risks, investment status, and use-case progression to internal leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accountability for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of distributed data systems, solution architecture, business-value attribution, and technical program management.
• Experience with executive escalations, discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, and complex program delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience; willingness to travel up to 30%.
