Sr. Software Engineer, Cloud Platform (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and implement marketplace integration features for the AISOAR platform.
• Lead technical implementations from concept through deployment and service sustainment.
• Build discoverability and search capabilities for cybersecurity content supporting agents and workflows.
• Maintain high availability and performance across platform services.
• Investigate vulnerabilities, test services before production deployment, and resolve complex platform issues using monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity partners and use customer feedback and data to improve platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform: AWS or GCP.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or equivalent languages.
• Deep understanding of API architectures and integration patterns.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and EDR/XDR solutions.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with customers or partners.
• Security certifications.
• Container orchestration and observability experience.
• Knowledge of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
