Project Management Officer (Aerospace)

Location: Toulouse Area, Saint Martin, France. Flexible hours and remote work are available alongside regular work in a shared open-space office.

hirify.global is an Airbus innovation unit founded in 2017 that uses flight demonstrators to evaluate, mature, and validate new aerospace products and services.

What you will do

• Support the Head of Demonstrator in managing project performance against time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasts, budgets, reporting, and the master schedule across key demonstrator milestones.
• Manage tendering, contract negotiations, supplier relations, supply chain logistics, and intellectual property protection clauses.
• Prepare governance materials for Stop&Go reviews with the steering committee and project sponsors.
• Manage risks and opportunities, assign mitigation actions, and track them through completion while supporting stakeholder alignment.
• Document project learnings, operational procedures, and deliverables for knowledge dissemination and final facility handover.

Requirements

• Senior project management experience with strong budget and schedule monitoring and control skills.
• Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience with contract management, tendering, and supplier relations.
• Experience managing project risks and opportunities, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
• Agile, proactive, autonomous, adaptable, and accountable approach suited to a fast-paced startup-like environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with transparency, humility, empathy, and willingness to work in a multifunctional team.
