DIGITALCAMPUS Network Project Manager (M/F) (Network)

Location: Marignane, France, in the Marseille area. Travel may be required to Paris, Toulouse, and Donauwörth based on project needs.

Airbus Helicopters develops and manufactures helicopters and operates network and connectivity infrastructure across its international sites and subsidiaries.

What you will do

• Frame, plan, execute, test, and control strategic transversal projects for the Connectivity department.
• Manage projects covering LAN, WAN, network security, Wi-Fi, 5G, Internet access, load balancing, and data center infrastructure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate network architects, LAN and WAN teams, network security, hosting, and cloud teams.
• Track risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, quality gates, and project progress while providing stakeholder updates.
• Manage external suppliers and contracts, conduct post-project analysis, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a project manager with a record of successfully delivering projects.
• Background in network technologies, including LAN, WAN, firewalls, proxies, network security, and infrastructure technology.
• Understanding of complex information systems in large companies and experience working with matrix teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and negotiation-level French are required.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage complex external contracts, and travel to project locations.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent knowledge of PMI methodology.
• German and/or Spanish knowledge.
