Deputy Head of FAL Coordination (f/m) (Aerospace)

Location: Toulouse Area, Toulouse, France; onsite role supporting the A350 Final Assembly Line

What you will do

• Provide daily operational support, drive SQCDP objectives, manage resources and skills, and facilitate cross-functional workshops.
• Lead the production ramp-up work package by coordinating on-site supplier detachment needs, including facilities, workspaces, and industrial assets.
• Manage priority Outstanding Work topics across plants, suppliers, Quality, and Production stakeholders.
• Oversee Quality Gate milestones supporting on-time and high-quality A350 aircraft deliveries.
• Drive Lean and hirify.global Operating System continuous improvement projects, including digital and AI integration and reporting-tool optimization.
• Facilitate best-practice sharing and communication between Coordination Units and Production Groups.

Requirements

• Background in engineering, aeronautics, or supply chain, with operational field experience or shopfloor emergency-management experience in a Final Assembly Line environment.
• Strong expertise in the hirify.global industrial ecosystem, Final Assembly Line operations, and A350 manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in project-management methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and Lean/hirify.global Operating System frameworks.
• Experience managing complex interfaces involving plants, external suppliers, Quality, and Production.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English, with a minimum C1 level.
