Operational Excellence Lead – UK (Fintech)

Location: United Kingdom; hybrid role requiring work from the UK office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Define and execute operational strategies supporting growth in the UK market.
• Run daily customer service, administrative operations, and internal workflows.
• Hire, lead, and develop operations and administration teams.
• Improve processes, remove bottlenecks, automate workflows, and implement cost- and time-saving systems.
• Lead customer support and handle high-stakes or escalated cases directly.
• Oversee office management, documentation, vendor coordination, and adherence to internal policies.

Requirements

• Strong background in operations, execution, or internal business operations within tech, fintech, or fast-scaling environments.
• Proven experience leading operations and administration teams.
• Hands-on problem-solving mindset with strong organisational and execution skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, create structure, and drive cross-functional execution without formal authority.
• Strong English communication is required.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and work from the UK office at least 3 days per week.
