Industrialization Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Manching, Germany; mobile working is possible.

What you will do

• Support maintenance, MRO, and technical implementation activities in the aviation sector, particularly for military transport aircraft such as the A400M.
• Industrialize technical measures derived from maintenance and change documentation during ongoing flight operations.
• Analyse technical documentation and drawings and define implementation and introduction measures.
• Coordinate technical topics with engineering, maintenance, quality, and production departments.
• Introduce measures into existing processes and ensure technical conformity and compliance.
• Support fault analysis, root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Initial professional experience in aviation maintenance, MRO, production, or technical implementation; military aviation experience is advantageous.
• Ability to read, understand, and assess technical drawings and documentation.
• Initial experience with technical changes, modifications, or maintenance activities.
• Structured, communicative, and solution-oriented working style.
• Good English skills required. Spanish is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in a continued airworthiness or CAMO environment.
• Exposure to military aviation programmes such as the A400M.
