AGGP2027 – Graduate A400M MRO Engineering (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Translate approved maintenance documentation into shop-floor documentation.
• Estimate labour and material costs, define build processes, and prepare work orders.
• Act as an interface between the maintenance organization, customers, CAMO, and the program office.
• Provide technical solutions for issues arising during MRO activities and support the shop floor from offer and ROM phases through aircraft handback.
• Coordinate with Services and the Design Office to create documentation and refine repair dispositions.
• Serve as a technical contact for repairs not covered by approved documentation, within the applicable delegation level.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Engineering.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Collaborative approach and interest in future innovation.
• Self-awareness and motivation to drive personal development.
• Eligibility for, or ability to obtain, the required security clearance.
