Executive, Staffing Operations

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for pandamart store operations personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer management.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Coordinate with workforce planning, training, operations, and HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build a pool of temporary manpower and ensure daily shifts are fully staffed.
• Create contingency plans for absenteeism, medical leave, and other staffing gaps.
• Analyse turnover and retention to forecast hiring needs and arrange training and attendance reminders for new hires.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
• Knowledge of hiring processes and Singapore's MOM labour laws.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Availability to support urgent staffing needs after office hours and on weekends.
• Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment.
