Senior Executive Search Recruiter (Semiconductor Hiring Experiences)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for Senior Director, VP, and C-Suite positions.
• Partner with senior business leaders, HR business partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership on executive hiring.
• Design and improve executive search processes, assessment tools, scorecards, and governance frameworks.
• Manage executive search-firm relationships, preferred vendors, negotiations, performance, and costs.
• Deliver market mapping, competitive research, compensation benchmarking, and succession pipeline insights.
• Provide executive hiring metrics and advise leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in executive search, in-house recruiting, a top-tier search firm, or a combination.
• Track record managing Senior Director, VP, and C-Suite searches.
• Experience building and leading recruiting teams.
• Expertise in executive hiring processes, assessment tools, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong executive communication, influencing, advising, and relationship-building skills.
• High discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
