What you will do

• Carry out bicycle repairs including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, drivetrain maintenance, and suspension servicing.
• Assemble new bicycles to manufacturer guidelines and complete safety checks before sale.
• Consult with customers, diagnose issues, explain repair recommendations, and provide estimates.
• Advise customers on suitable parts, upgrades, and accessories.
• Maintain quality and safety standards while organising workshop tools, spare parts, and stock.
• Provide clear repair advice and customer service so riders leave confident in their bikes.

Requirements

• Practical bicycle mechanics skills and experience repairing different bicycle types and components.
• Previous workshop experience as a mechanic or technician is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of bicycle brands, models, and components.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality and safety, and confident communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, remain on your feet, and lift bicycles when required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with store hours.
