Repair Technician (ATM Cassettes)

Location: Rotherham, United Kingdom; on-site role with Monday–Friday hours from 8:00 to 17:00 and possible weekday or weekend overtime.

Salary: £27,449.90 per year

What you will do

• Repair and refurbish ATM cash cassettes while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Use diagnostic equipment and testing software to identify faults and support troubleshooting.
• Dispatch parts to field engineers and recover reusable parts from retired equipment.
• Maintain repair, inventory, and stock-control records and support storage management.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and complete related administration.
• Carry out product upgrades and modifications and contribute to improving repair processes and part longevity.

Requirements

• Basic PC skills, including Excel and Teams.
• Ability to follow technical information, procedures, and regulatory requirements accurately.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail, effective workload prioritization, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, motivation, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment when required; ATM-specific training is provided.
