Manager EHS, International

What you will do

• Develop, update, and implement EHS programs, documentation, training materials, and the EHS intranet.
• Support sites with EHS Management System implementation, audit preparation, and participation in the EHS Audit program.
• Develop risk assessments, review contractor risk assessments and method statements, and drive safety improvements with business leaders.
• Report incidents, lead accident investigations, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain training matrices, arrange first aid, fire warden, and induction training, and provide safety briefings for special events.
• Coordinate with Security, Crisis Management, Business Continuity IT, Real Estate, Facilities, external agencies, and other stakeholders during emergencies and investigations.

Requirements

• NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Life Sciences, Biology, or Chemistry.
• 5–7 years of experience in EHS-related work and prior experience developing and delivering EHS training programs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, adaptability, and professional judgment.
• Ability to interpret regulations, develop implementation guidance, manage multiple projects, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and experience promoting safety programs and services.
