What you will do

• Handle customer calls and provide information about financial products.
• Help customers become self-sufficient when using the online platform.
• Manage live web chat conversations and provide appropriate solutions.
• Meet agreed service levels, productivity targets, and quality standards.
• Complete mandatory training and maintain process accreditation.
• Suggest improvements that enhance customer experience or reduce costs.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with telephony and computer systems.
• Ability to multitask and suggest improvements.
• Previous customer service or contact centre experience is advantageous.
• Financial services experience is desirable but not essential.
