Requirements

• Experience in a contact center environment.
• Experience with fund administration and investment products.
• Clear communication skills and a friendly, positive manner.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Confidence navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
