What you will do

• Handle inbound customer calls in a friendly, professional, and confident manner.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information.
• Take ownership of queries and work with colleagues to resolve them.
• Record customer information accurately across relevant systems.
• Follow internal processes and customer and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and respond appropriately to complaints while sharing ideas to improve the customer journey.
