People Services Assistant (HR)

What you will do

• Collect new starter documentation, support induction, and maintain accurate electronic personnel files.
• Manage probation, leaver, resignation, change-of-terms, and contract administration processes.
• Update the HR system, reporting lines, employee records, and organizational information with high accuracy.
• Process contracts through DocuSign and ensure required approvals and signed documentation are completed.
• Support weekly international payroll data processing and collaborate with stakeholders across international locations.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR processes and administrative procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working effectively within a team environment and managing competing priorities against deadlines.
• Experience providing guidance and clarification on administrative processes to managers and employees.
• Ability to handle complex queries, analyze information, and solve problems.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Frontier Software, and knowledge of HR or payroll processes.
