Advisor Technical Product Manager (AdTech)

Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid, with at least two days per week in the assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Define and drive technical product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex solution-level, platform-level, and infrastructure products.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture on resilient systems, API design, integrations, data flows, and platform architecture.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, including KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Align Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business stakeholders while resolving cross-team dependencies.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong technical focus.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing people and leading TPM or PM teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience defining product requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and making trade-offs between speed, scalability, and technical debt.
• Experience mentoring Junior Technical Product Managers and establishing performance and career development goals.
