Product Designer

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be available to work within EU timezone hours

What you will do

• Build and maintain a modular design system for live implementations and Figma prototypes.
• Design complex, multi-step onboarding flows and adaptable customer journeys.
• Measure, test, and iterate on user experiences with a conversion-focused approach.
• Create rapid prototypes and validate concepts using customer feedback.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineers to deliver designs in production.
• Help establish design standards and shape the design culture as the team scales.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience designing complex products or workflows, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, fintech, or compliance.
• Experience building and maintaining modular design systems across Figma and live implementations.
• Strong experience designing multi-step onboarding flows, customer journeys, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency with Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and component management.
• Experience with compliance, fintech, identity, or KYC workflows.
• Availability to work within EU timezone hours; visa sponsorship is not available.
