What you will do
- Source top talent for field operations roles in a highly competitive market.
- Partner with founders, the principal recruiter, and the operations team to understand hiring objectives.
- Align sourcing strategies with workforce needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
- Use networking, events, marketing, and other innovative sourcing techniques to attract talent.
Requirements
- 1+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
- Proven success sourcing and recruiting field operations talent, including operators and technicians.
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or another applicant tracking system.
- Experience working in fast-growing, quickly scaling startups.
