Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Fully on-site at the Plant Operations Site in Orangeville, Utah, United States. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Orangeville, UT.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and other specialized technical functions.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and interview plans.
• Develop sourcing and engagement strategies for passive candidates in competitive technical talent markets.
• Assess candidate quality and alignment beyond resumes and guide hiring decisions through close.
• Improve recruiting funnels, interview processes, tools, and operational workflows using market data and recruiting technology.
• Drive an efficient, high-quality candidate experience while supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, either in-house or agency.
• Proven experience hiring for engineering or other highly technical roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident, and must be based in or willing to relocate to Orangeville, Utah.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, energy, robotics, or hardware-focused companies.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, nuclear, manufacturing, or systems engineering roles.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS and data-driven pipeline tracking and reporting.
