What you will do

• Analyze business scenarios, decisions, and trade-offs.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
• Gather and synthesize requirements and stakeholder insights.
• Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Develop reports, memos, business cases, and process documentation.
• Identify process improvements and communicate actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, research, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and professional writing skills.
• Experience with data interpretation, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly.
