Manufacturing Business Analyst

Location: Towanda, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid

What you will do

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI metrics for site leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Evaluate production performance, throughput, quality, resource utilization, costs, inventory, and labor.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams on strategic and operational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, business analysis, production analytics, finance, supply chain, or a related analytical role.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and operational performance management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or equivalent.
