What you will do

• Analyze business scenarios, decisions, trade-offs, and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and synthesize stakeholder insights.
• Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
• Develop reports, memos, business cases, and process documentation.
• Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, research, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and professional writing skills.
• Experience with data interpretation, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to gather requirements and synthesize complex information.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or similar data-analysis tools.
