Maintenance Team Lead (5-Shifts)

Location: Breda, Netherlands; work in a 5-shift roster

hirify.global operates medicine labeling, assembly, storage, shipping, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and clinical research activities at its Breda site.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a shift team of 3–4 maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, including planning and prioritization.
• Support the team in handling equipment breakdowns independently.
• Lead shift handovers and ensure continuity and ownership across shifts.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve operational challenges.
• Perform hands-on maintenance work when needed on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Technical background in maintenance, such as mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring maintenance technicians.
• Visible, hands-on leadership style and ownership of decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a coaching mindset.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Availability to work in a 5-shift roster.

Nice to have

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience.
