Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with product teams across hirify.global to understand complex needs and turn them into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and improve shared platforms, tools, and reusable components.
• Explore and apply AI, cloud, edge computing, real-time systems, and other emerging technologies.
• Help product teams adopt modern technologies, platforms, and engineering practices in real-world environments.
• Establish ways of working that improve speed, quality, and collaboration.
• Influence technical direction and long-term platform strategy.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software or systems engineering within complex product or technology environments.
• Experience designing, building, or evolving technical solutions used by others.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, CI/CD, automation, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and turn complex problems into practical solutions.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

• Experience with cloud-native platforms and infrastructure.
• AI/ML applications in real-world products.
