Software Engineer - Developer Experience (AI)

hirify.global develops a graph intelligence platform and Aura managed cloud offering for knowledge graphs, data relationships, and AI applications.

What you will do

• Help database and service teams build, test, and run changes in Aura with less platform-specific overhead.
• Improve developer workflows, documentation, CLIs, libraries, and tooling for Aura onboarding and daily development.
• Support team incubation and onboarding without taking ownership of individual product delivery.
• Partner with Software Delivery and platform teams to improve the paved road and make the platform intuitive and extensible.
• Maintain AI skill files and agent instructions, and evaluate AI workflows for quality, cost, failure modes, and time savings.
• Observe internal developers’ use of tools, documentation, and AI workflows, then iterate based on evidence.

Requirements

• Experience using Golang across scripting and larger microservice projects, including knowledge of its build and packaging system.
• Solid software engineering experience shipping developer-facing tools such as CLIs, libraries, internal platforms, or services.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containers, including Pods, Deployments, Docker images, and deploying software to a cluster.
• Experience with modern CI/CD and Git-based workflows.
• Strong collaboration, communication, writing, and problem-solving skills focused on other developers’ pain points.
• Ability to work in the Malmö hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with platform-as-a-product or developer experience work, including user interviews and adoption measurement.
• Experience maintaining AI skill files, agent instructions, MCP servers, or similar structured context for coding agents.
• Experience with Kubernetes developer tooling such as Make, Kustomize, and Helm.
• Experience integrating software with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with observability, including tracing, logging, metrics, and AI workflow monitoring.
