Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid position based in the office in Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain modern full stack applications and services for the Store Performance platform.
• Shape architecture and technical roadmap decisions for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering partners to deliver tools that help store employees and leaders understand performance and improve results.
• Drive engineering practices covering quality, security, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence.
• Improve platform reliability and performance while exploring AI, MCP, and context-engineering approaches that create business value.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full stack development experience with modern web technologies, including React, TypeScript, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, scalable system design, and engineering best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
• Curiosity about AI, intelligent applications, and emerging technologies, plus a passion for mentoring and problem-solving.
