Warehouse Supervisor - Nights - Core

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK; onsite night-shift warehouse role

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through regular one-to-ones and SMART goals.
• Work with the Section Manager and warehouse leadership team to monitor shift plans, operational metrics, and delivery performance.
• Ensure customer web and store demand is fulfilled on time and in full.
• Maintain high site-safety standards through inspections, hazard spotting, safety routines, risk assessments, and audits.
• Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and provide action plans when daily or weekly targets are missed.
• Support culture-change initiatives, stakeholder activity, employee engagement, and turnover reduction.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong potential for people and change management.
• Good systems skills and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced business.
• Customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilient, flexible, and approachable working style.
