Warehouse Supervisor - Eves

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. The role is based on site and follows a rotating shift pattern of 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through line management and regular one-to-ones.
• Monitor shift delivery against operational plans and drive performance across key warehouse metrics.
• Plan labour coverage with the Section Manager and address gaps in daily and weekly targets.
• Ensure customer web and store demand is fulfilled on time and in full.
• Champion site safety through inspections, hazard spotting, safety routines, risk assessments, and audits.
• Support culture change, continuous improvement, employee retention, and cross-functional strategic activity.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong potential in people management and change management.
• Good systems skills and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
• Customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilient, flexible, and approachable working style.
• Availability to work a rotating pattern of 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
