Head of Marketing (m/w/d) Germany (HR Tech)

What you will do

• Lead the German marketing organization and own the end-to-end marketing agenda across demand generation, brand, communications, digital marketing, events, and public relations.
• Define and deliver the German marketing strategy within the broader brand and governance framework.
• Build a clear go-to-market approach connecting business priorities, audiences, propositions, channels, customer journeys, and commercial execution.
• Partner with Sales to create joint growth plans and strengthen hirify.global's position in the HR and Payroll market.
• Use technology, AI, digital channels, and new engagement models to drive growth.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team and agency network.

Requirements

• Significant experience in B2B marketing leadership and a strong record of driving business growth and market impact.
• Experience transforming marketing functions, teams, or go-to-market approaches.
• Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder commercial environments.
• Strong people leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge assumptions.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
