Technical Project Management Leader (Automotive Cameras)

What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery of multiple camera product development programs from concept through production.
• Represent engineering across projects and coordinate with program and product management, procurement, quality, manufacturing, and customers.
• Align systems, software, electronics, and mechanical engineering disciplines throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive camera system architecture, technical decisions, design reviews, technical analysis, validation, testing, and corrective actions.
• Support the development, integration, testing, and release of hardware, software, and system solutions while monitoring technical risks and progress.
• Lead, coach, and develop technical project managers and system engineers while guiding the evolution of camera platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software, electrical, systems, or mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex products across the full development lifecycle in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong systems engineering and product development knowledge across software, electronics, hardware, and mechanical domains.
• Automotive development experience, including ASPICE, ISO 26262 Functional Safety, ISO 21448 SOTIF, IATF 16949, APQP, and DFMEA.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, real-time operating systems, Linux, and/or Windows environments.
• Experience with camera, vision, ADAS, computer vision, or optics in automotive applications is highly desirable.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
