Technical Project Manager / IT Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

Location: Béthune, Pas-de-Calais, France. The role involves hands-on work in data center environments, and applicants must be authorized to work in France.

What you will do

• Manage and deliver IT infrastructure projects and change requests in data centers.
• Coordinate projects involving GPU servers, high-speed networks, compute systems, and storage systems.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues while managing risks and dependencies in live environments.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, risk logs, issue trackers, and deployment reports.
• Lead stakeholder communication, progress updates, escalations, meetings, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with data center engineers, vendors, operations teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders on automation, process improvements, and design support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data center infrastructure operations, preferably in high-performance or AI-oriented environments.
• Understanding of data center design and operations, including racking, cabling, power planning, and cooling.
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware in data centers and comfort working during live operations.
• Experience delivering projects, managing teams, and collaborating across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to document processes and maintain tracking systems.
• Authorization to work in France is required; proof of employment eligibility will be requested.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, or other structured project management and delivery frameworks.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of GPU servers, compute nodes, and high-speed networking.
