Proposal Developer 1 (RWE)

What you will do

• Review Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and identify information required for proposal narratives and budget development.
• Develop proposal narratives, cost budgets, preliminary agreements, re-bids, change orders, and related documents.
• Coordinate with business development and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify customer requirements and finalize submissions.
• Perform quality control reviews and edits to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain proposal tracking systems and databases, and support customer meetings and proposal distribution.
• Contribute to departmental and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in proposal development, contracts, budgeting, sales support, or a related function is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with proposal management tools and databases is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams, including working with AI agents such as Copilot.
