Full-Desk Recruiter (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote — United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus 10% sales commission.

What you will do

• Develop new business relationships and secure contract and direct-hire job opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships while clarifying technical requirements, hiring objectives, and timelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates through professional submission summaries.
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer negotiation, placement, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System records and ongoing communication with clients and candidates.
• Monitor life sciences hiring trends and meet business development, recruiting, and placement goals.

Requirements

• At least four years of full-desk recruiting experience, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or life sciences.
• Demonstrated success in business development, securing job orders, and placing candidates.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing and direct-hire recruitment.
• Familiarity with clinical, regulatory, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and scientific roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting databases.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
