Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States; on-site at the Kenosha branch

What you will do

• Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using customer service technology.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and services.
• Help customers navigate the website and complete online orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish required.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability for full-time on-site shifts in a 24/7 operation.
