Customer Service Representative-CTU

Location: Atlanta East, Georgia, United States; onsite role

Pay: $18.00–$20.29 per hour

What you will do

• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Obtain vehicle releases from body shops, residences, and other locations.
• Answer and place calls, make follow-up calls, and focus on resolving customer issues.
• Use company resources to gather information and provide suitable solutions.
• Support chat and email customer service as the role expands.
• Perform office support functions and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Suite, and proficiency with office equipment.
• 45 WPM typing speed, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance.
• One year of office support experience in a customer service role is preferred.
