Commercial Air Specialist (Logistics)

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, control, and execution of commercial air network operations.
• Monitor network performance, analyze operational data and KPIs, and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
• Review operational processes, identify exceptions and performance variances, and investigate issues affecting network performance.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions in line with operational standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in or lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer service, risk management, and network performance.
• Collaborate with Network Control, Ramp Operations, Planning, Airline Partners, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in airline operations, network planning, transportation, logistics, or a related operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data, operational systems, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work onsite in Oude Meer, Netherlands.
