Planner (Oil & Gas Maintenance)

Location: Rabigh, Saudi Arabia; onsite maintenance planning role

What you will do

• Prepare weekly and monthly routine, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
• Plan resources and coordinate personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment for scheduled maintenance activities.
• Analyze operational and maintenance issues affecting equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
• Coordinate with divisions and stakeholders on maintenance schedules, progress tracking, technical studies, and improvement recommendations.
• Prepare maintenance statistics and technical reports, maintain historical records, and use SAP and related software.
• Support contractor KPI development and measurement while ensuring compliance with HSE and SHE procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of oil and gas maintenance experience with a high school qualification, or 8 years with a diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, with a proactive approach.
• Proven leadership experience in large organizations.
• Sound judgment under pressure, problem-solving ability, and strategic management skills.
