CT Specialist for Hydraulic Systems (Gas Turbine Controls)

Location: Dammam, Ash Sharqiyah, Saudi Arabia; extensive international travel and outage assignments required.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and commission gas turbine control, regulation, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and protection systems.
• Work with control valves, emergency stop valves, lubricating oil systems, blow-off devices, actuators, pressure accumulators, and control oil supply stations.
• Perform functional testing, disassembly, reassembly, calibration, repairs, and cold commissioning.
• Support turbine upgrades, technical modifications, recommissioning, spare parts planning, tooling requirements, and construction management.
• Prepare technical reports and assist gas turbine engineers with commissioning and safe, reliable turbine operation.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering background with 10+ years of experience in power generation, rotating equipment, and field service.
• Extensive experience with gas turbines, including 5000F, 8000H, 9000HL, and 2000E models, as well as generators, pumps, motors, and Siemens and non-Siemens OEM equipment.
• Strong knowledge of power plant operations, hot and cold mechanical commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, and mechanical auxiliary systems.
• Proficiency in outage planning and scheduling, SAP, MS Project, technical report writing, machining, fabrication, welding, and NDT.
• Leadership, communication, and customer management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and travel extensively for field assignments.
