Advisor EHS, International (Environmental Health and Safety)

What you will do

• Support the Environmental Health and Safety Management System and legal compliance across the EMEA and APAC regions.
• Manage EHS statistics, events, reports, measurements, compliance calendars, labour hours, and corrective actions in Benchmark ESG (Gensuite).
• Coordinate ergonomic workstation assessments, external consultant follow-up, site inspections, first aid supplies, AED programs, and emergency evacuation drills.
• Organise safety meetings and assist with regional EHS training, policy development, accident investigations, and corporate audit preparation.
• Work with EHS managers, facilities teams, sites, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve EHS issues and review method statements and risk assessments.
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices in SAP while handling day-to-day team administration.

Requirements

• NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Life Sciences, Biology, or Chemistry.
• 3–5 years of relevant EHS work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, problem-solving, judgement, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations, develop practical implementation guidance, manage multiple projects, and work independently in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to promote safety programs and improve training systems.
