Sr. DevOps Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain shared Azure platform services for multiple SaaS product families.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules, manage infrastructure state, review changes, and maintain infrastructure through code.
• Build Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure, application deployments, and Databricks assets.
• Manage Azure networking and edge services, including Application Gateway, WAF, Traffic Manager, private endpoints, and DNS.
• Operate identity, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure AD B2C services while supporting product teams with integration and troubleshooting.
• Enable MLOps deployments across Azure AI Foundry and Databricks, including model endpoints, Unity Catalog, workflows, guardrails, private networking, and identity controls.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Azure App Service, Function Apps, Container Apps, networking, Application Gateway, WAF, Traffic Manager, Service Bus, API Management, Entra ID, and Azure AD B2C.
• Strong Terraform experience, including reusable modules, remote state, workspaces, provider management, import, drift remediation, and controlled plan/apply workflows.
• Strong Azure DevOps experience with YAML pipelines, multi-stage deployments, environments, approvals, service connections, and secret management.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash, plus fluency with Azure CLI and solid Git practices.
• Experience operating infrastructure and CI/CD for Azure-based SaaS products, with strong knowledge of security, least privilege, secrets management, network isolation, and compliance controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; strong communication, analytical, planning, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Unity Catalog, Databricks Asset Bundles, or the Databricks Terraform provider.
• Experience supporting MLOps or data engineering teams, including model deployment, AI guardrails, and content safety.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Docker, monitoring and security tools, or customized Azure AD B2C policy XML.
• Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400, or AZ-500.
• Familiarity with C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript/React for deployment and configuration troubleshooting.
