Information Security Manager (Fintech)

Provides trading and workflow automation software, financial analytics, and strategic consulting to corporations, central banks, financial institutions, and governments.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with ISO 27001.
• Conduct audits and assessments to maintain compliance and certifications.
• Act as the primary contact for client audit requirements, information requests, and compliance inquiries.
• Support new business engagements and maintain security whitepapers.
• Collaborate with internal teams on concerns and corrective actions, and report compliance metrics to senior management.
• Provide employee guidance and training while monitoring regulatory developments and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and requirements.
• Experience in client-facing work with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SOC2.
• Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar.
