Location: Hybrid (Milton Keynes, UK)

What you will do

  • Partner with Technology to embed the Risk Management Framework, including policies and procedures.
  • Design and operate technology control frameworks and manage vendor risk controls.
  • Perform testing of key controls to inform the non-financial risk profile and management actions.
  • Support operational resilience programming and technology resilience scenario planning.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the bank’s Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and annual refresh.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative input for First Line Risk Reporting to relevant committees.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in operational risk management, RCSA administration, and ICAAP compliance.
  • Deep expertise in internal controls and technology control frameworks.
  • Proven experience in overseeing vendor risk management frameworks and 3rd party assessments.
  • Strong written and presentation skills for communication across different seniority levels.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Milton Keynes office.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ISO27001 and SOC2 type controls.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Operational Resilience and Outsourcing.
