Information Security Analyst (SaaS)

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with 3 days per week in the London office during the first 6 months, then at least 2 days per week

What you will do

• Operate and improve controls supporting the ISO 27001 and SOC 2 programmes, including evidence collection, control checks, remediation tracking, and audit preparation.
• Monitor security alerts, incidents, and internal security events, supporting investigation, escalation, and closure.
• Manage penetration testing campaigns, vulnerability management, vendor security assessments, and business continuity planning exercises.
• Conduct recurring access reviews across key business systems and follow up on permission issues.
• Partner with Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, People, and Revenue on security questionnaires, RFPs, risk management, and security awareness.
• Maintain the Information Security Management System, including objectives, risk registers, management review inputs, documentation, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Curiosity, strong investigative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to follow issues through to resolution.
• Ability to take ownership, work through ambiguity, learn quickly, and ask clear questions.
• Practical understanding of security operations, access reviews, vulnerability management, supplier assurance, audits, incident response, and risk management.
• Ability to collaborate transparently with teams across the business and communicate progress and blockers.
• Permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship is required.
