Senior HR Tech Business Analyst — Automation & AI (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid, office-first work model with regular collaboration across European, APAC and US time zones. Working from another location is available for up to 60 days per year depending on the role.

What you will do

• Partner with HR teams across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, analyze processes and technology gaps, and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Translate HR business needs into functional and technical requirements for HRIS, AI, and automation solutions.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Claude-based applications and AI-powered internal tools with secure authentication, access controls, APIs, MCPs, and custom connectors.
• Design and build scalable automation workflows using n8n, UiPath, Python-based automation, and GenAI/LLM tooling.
• Drive HR technology initiatives through solution design, build, testing, implementation, and go-live, including HRIS security, payroll transformation, and migrations.
• Develop Jira-based HR service desks, Rovo Agents, workflow frameworks, and AI-enabled employee experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an HR Tech Analyst, HR Business/Process Analyst, AI and Automation Analyst, or similar, with demonstrable hire-to-retire HR expertise.
• Strong HR process analysis skills and the ability to define functional and technical requirements across complex HR technology landscapes.
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Python scripts, UiPath, and GenAI/LLM tools.
• Experience deploying internal cloud applications and integrating enterprise systems through APIs, MCPs, and custom connectors.
• Understanding of Claude/GenAI deployment, RBAC/ABAC, authentication, access governance, and protection of sensitive HR data.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Rovo Agents, and BPMN. Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
• n8n certification or certifications in business/process analysis, automation, or agile delivery.
