Senior Analyst Business & Commercial Strategy (AI)

Salary: EUR 68,720–81,605 gross annual, plus a target 7.5% incentive plan

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic and commercial initiatives across the Pan-European Markets region.
• Lead planning, coordination, governance, milestone tracking, and issue resolution for regional strategic projects.
• Analyze market, customer, consumer, competitor, and commercial performance data across PEM countries.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, briefing materials, business plans, and commercial reviews.
• Coordinate stakeholders across countries, functions, and leadership teams to connect regional priorities with local execution.
• Use AI-enabled tools for analysis, research, presentation development, project management, and executive communication while validating outputs and protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, business strategy, business insights, or a similar strategic role.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and experience translating complex business information into clear recommendations.
• Experience managing cross-functional or multi-market strategic initiatives.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, including executive presentation development and detailed business analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Degree-level education or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
