Senior Analyst Business & Commercial Strategy (AI)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid working set-up with regular on-site presence.

Salary: EUR 68,720–81,605 gross annual salary, plus a target bonus of 7.5% of base salary.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives across the Pan-European Markets region with regional, country, and functional leaders.
• Lead planning, coordination, governance, milestone tracking, and issue resolution for strategic projects.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, briefing materials, business plans, and commercial review materials.
• Analyze country-level performance, markets, customers, consumers, competitors, risks, and commercial opportunities.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into clear insights, recommendations, and decision support for senior leadership.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment and use AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve analysis, research, presentations, and project management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, business strategy, business insights, or a similar strategic role.
• Experience with regional, multi-country, or international business environments and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous business questions.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, with experience creating executive presentations and conducting detailed business analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and manage confidential or sensitive information.
• Degree-level education or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
