Revenue Operations Analyst (AI Automation)

What you will do

• Maintain and improve systems supporting prospecting, sales execution, quoting, and revenue recognition.
• Administer Salesforce, including users, permissions, workflows, approvals, and data quality.
• Design, deploy, monitor, and improve AI-agent processes and n8n automation workflows.
• Support the rollout of the AI-enabled CPQ operating model, including requirements, testing, documentation, and rollout activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and technical stakeholders on system architecture, integrations, and process improvements.
• Document solutions, recurring issues, standard operating procedures, and automation controls.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting Salesforce, CPQ, CRM, sales engagement tools, or related Revenue Operations platforms.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with or strong interest in AI agents, workflow automation, or n8n.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system or automation solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• English and French at C2 level required.
