Wash and Sterilization/Formulation Process Professional I

Location: Clayton, North Carolina, United States; travel up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Support people, equipment, and processes in operations areas to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Work with Production and Quality Assurance on deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements for routine to moderately complex issues.
• Collect data for periodic reviews and reporting.
• Train colleagues on process and procedure changes and follow safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field, or an associate degree with at least two years of manufacturing experience.
• A high school diploma or GED may be considered with at least four years of manufacturing experience.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong written communication, GMP knowledge, and basic investigation and systematic problem-solving experience.
• Knowledge of change control and Quality Management Systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in an open office environment and travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic manufacturing systems such as SAP or PAS-X.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and experience using multiple training methods.
• Exposure to regulatory audits or inspections.
